Zydus Wellness Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company reported a consolidated growth of 113.7% in Net Sales, reaching ₹963.3 crore (9,633 million). EBITDA for the period stood at ₹61 crore (610 million), marking a 312.2% year-on-year growth, which includes the performance of its recently acquired business. Key brands demonstrated strong performance. Sugar Free maintained its leadership with a 96.3% market share in the sugar substitute category, an increase of 80 basis points. Sugar Free D’lite Cookies were extended into multiple markets, and the entire D’lite range showed significant growth. Sugar Free Green has achieved double-digit growth for 19 consecutive quarters. Everyuth leads in scrubs (48.5% share) and peel-off masks (76% share), and holds a 7.9% share in the facial cleansing segment. Nycil maintained its number one position in the prickly heat powder category with a 33.1% market share. Everyuth brands have delivered double-digit growth year-to-date in FY26. The company also initiated marketing and distribution for Cuticolor, a leading doctor-prescribed hair colouring brand, in organized trade. Nutralite reported double-digit growth and maintained leadership in the fat spread category. Nutralite Professional expanded its offerings with new variants like Cheesy Delight and Slim Mayonnaise. Glucon-D continued its market leadership with a 59% MAT market share, while Complan held a 4.1% market share, ranking fourth. The RiteBite – Max Protein business outperformed, maintaining leadership in protein snacking and improving EBITDA margins significantly since its acquisition a year ago. The newly launched Wafer Bar is contributing to category growth. Comfort Click strengthened its portfolio with new gummy variants for adults and a probiotic gummy for kids, along with pure Himalayan shilajit resin. The brand ‘WeightWorld’ expanded into European markets, entering Poland, Finland, and Portugal, thereby extending Comfort Click’s global presence.
