Zydus Lifesciences Limited has announced the dissolution of its French subsidiary, Ampliman 1, effective January 16, 2026. This dissolution is without liquidation, meaning its assets and liabilities have been transferred to Zydus MedTech (France) S.A.S., which is a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Zydus Lifesciences.

Ampliman 1 was a wholly owned subsidiary of Zydus MedTech (France) S.A.S. The company previously informed about the dissolution of Auroralux S.A.S. in Luxembourg and Ampliman 2 in France on January 2 and January 10, 2026, respectively. All these entities, Auroralux S.A.S., Ampliman 1, and Ampliman 2, were previous holding companies of Amplitude Surgical, France, and have now been dissolved without liquidation.

Zydus MedTech (France) SAS holds the entire share capital of Amplitude Surgical, France. The company has stated that the dissolution of Ampliman 1 will not impact its business operations.
