These proceedings were based on an intimation issued under Section 73 of the CGST Act, 2017, pertaining to alleged GST liability for the financial year 2021-22. Following the company's submissions, the competent authority has passed an order that concludes the matter with nil demand and nil liability. Consequently, there is no financial impact on Zodiac Energy Limited. The order, dated December 22, 2025, quashes and sets aside the Show Cause Notice that was issued on September 01, 2025. The notice had alleged discrepancies in Input Tax Credit (ITC) availed by the company during the scrutiny of GST returns for the period of April 2021 to March 2022. The company received the order via email on December 22, 2025, and it was forwarded to the authorized officers on December 24, 2025. The settlement of these proceedings, with the Show Cause Notice being quashed, has no impact on the financial, operational, or other activities of the Company.
