Zodiac Clothing Company Limited has announced the allotment of 14,64,414 Equity Shares on a preferential basis to its Promoter and Promoter Group. The approval for this allotment was granted via a Circular Resolution passed by the Board of Directors on January 16, 2026. Each share has been allotted at a price of ₹102.43, aggregating to a total of ₹14,99,99,926.02 (approximately ₹15 crore). The allottees include Mr. Salman Yusuf Noorani, Mrs. Zehra Salman Noorani, Mr. Adnan Salman Noorani, Mrs. Muna Anees Noorani, Mr. Mohamed Awais Jehangir Noorani, Mr. Mohamed Musaed Abu Nasr Noorani, and Ms. Saniyya Noorani. As a consequence of this allotment, effective January 17, 2026, the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital has increased to ₹27,45,81,310 (₹27.46 crore). This consists of 2,74,58,131 equity shares of ₹10 each. The newly allotted shares will rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the company.
