The Board of Directors, acting on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has approved the appointment of Mr. Vikrant Bendre as the President of International Business. Mr. Bendre brings over 26 years of experience in strategic and operational roles, with a background in leading branded generics businesses for various international markets and significant exposure to regulated markets like the United States, Canada, and Japan. Additionally, the Board has categorized Mr. Jitendra Pandey, Vice President – Human Resource, and Mr. Sridhar Reddy, Vice President – Quality Assurance, as Senior Management Personnel. Mr. Pandey, with nearly two decades of diverse experience, will oversee Industrial Relations, Administration, and EHS functions. Mr. Reddy, a postgraduate in Pharmacy with over 29 years of experience, will head the Quality Management Systems, bringing expertise from previous roles at Natco Pharma and Aurobindo Pharma.
