Zim Laboratories Limited has announced an amendment to its Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI). This amendment is effective from January 19, 2026.

The company has submitted a copy of the amended Code of Fair Disclosure to the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The updated code will also be hosted on the official website of Zim Laboratories Limited, www.zimlab.in, for public access.

The amended code, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, outlines practices and procedures for the prompt, uniform, and universal disclosure of UPSI. It emphasizes making credible and concrete information generally available as soon as it comes into being. The code also details the handling of UPSI on a need-to-know basis, responses to market rumors, and the management of information shared with analysts and research personnel. Furthermore, it establishes a structured digital database for recipients of UPSI and defines "legitimate purposes" for sharing such information, including during corporate actions, financial result preparations, and other business-related transactions. The Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, Piyush Nikhade, has been designated as the Chief Investor Relations Officer (CIRO) to oversee these disclosures.
