ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India Limited (ZFCVINDIA) has issued a clarification regarding the sale of ZF Group's Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) business for passenger cars to Harman International Inc., announced on December 23, 2025. The company confirmed that this transaction exclusively pertains to the passenger car ADAS portfolio, specifically Compute Solutions, Camera, Radar, and Passenger Car ADAS functions.

It does not affect ZF Commercial Vehicle Solutions (CVS) Division's ADAS portfolio for commercial vehicles. ZFCVINDIA assured investors that its development, supply, service, or support of ADAS solutions for trucks, coaches, and buses remains unaffected. Existing customer contracts, service arrangements, and terms & conditions continue in force, with program deliveries proceeding without interruption. The company reiterated its commitment to ongoing ADAS development and supply for the commercial vehicle sector, with dedicated teams and capabilities remaining in place.
