Zensar Technologies Limited announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on April 2, 2026, has granted in-principle approval for the establishment of a new entity or branch in Qatar. This expansion will be undertaken either directly by Zensar Technologies or through its subsidiary(ies). The new entity, which may be named Zensar Technologies Qatar or another name approved by the relevant authority, will operate in the software and allied services industry. The initial capital subscription will be the minimum amount necessary, at face value. The company or its subsidiaries will subscribe to this capital. While the size and turnover of the new entity are not yet applicable, it is noted that this step-down subsidiary or branch will be considered a related party of Zensar Technologies. However, the Promoters and promoter group do not have any direct interest in this new incorporation. The Board meeting commenced at 04:00 PM IST and concluded at 06:45 PM IST on April 2, 2026.
