Zensar Technologies Limited has announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled for Thursday, January 22, 2026. The primary agenda items for this meeting are to approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.

Additionally, the Board will consider a proposal for the declaration of an Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26. If an interim dividend is declared, the payment will be made to the equity shareholders whose names appear on the Company's Register of Members or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners as of Thursday, January 29, 2026.
