The window is specifically for transfer deeds of physical shares that were lodged prior to April 1, 2019, and were subsequently rejected, returned, or not processed due to deficiencies in documentation or process.
Shareholders who missed the earlier deadline of March 31, 2021, are encouraged to utilize this opportunity. They need to re-lodge the aforesaid transfer deeds with the Company's Registrar and Transfer Agent, MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited, located at Gudecha Onclave Premises Co-op. Society Ltd., Saki Vihar Road, Saki Naka, Kherani Road, Saki Naka, Andheri (E), Mumbai - 400 072.
Upon successful verification of documents by the Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA), the transferred shares will be issued exclusively in demat mode. Shareholders must possess a demat account and provide their Client Master List (CML) along with the transfer documents and share certificate when lodging the documents for transfer with the RTA.
