Zee Learn Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Dattatraya Kelkar as an Additional Director under the category of Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on December 30, 2025, following the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Mr. Kelkar's appointment is effective from December 30, 2025. He will hold the office until the ensuing General Meeting or within three months from his appointment, whichever is earlier, subject to member approval and retirement by rotation. He has confirmed that he is not debarred from holding the office of Director by any SEBI order or other authority.

Mr. Kelkar holds a postgraduate degree in Personnel Management and Labour Welfare from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a law degree from Pune University. His career includes roles at Tata Consultancy Services and as Factory Manager at Kirloskar Filters. He has extensive experience in real estate, manufacturing, and trading businesses and currently serves as an independent director for two public EduTech companies. He is not related to any other Director on the Board of Zee Learn Limited. The Board meeting commenced at 3:45 p.m. and concluded at 4:30 p.m.
