Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited (Zaggle) has entered into an agreement with Hexalog Technologies Private Limited. Under this agreement, Zaggle will provide the facility to procure and lease mobile phones to the employees of Hexalog Technologies Private Limited through Zaggle’s Employee Purchase Programme. This contract is for a duration of three years and is with a domestic entity. The nature of the order is an agreement, and it does not fall within related party transactions, nor do the promoters or group companies have any interest in Hexalog Technologies Private Limited. The announcement was made on January 29, 2026.
