Yes Bank Limited announced its Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter (Q3) and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors, in their meeting held on January 17, 2026, approved these results.

For the standalone operations, the Net Profit for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, stood at ₹95,162 Lakhs (₹951.62 Crore), a significant increase compared to ₹61,227 Lakhs (₹612.27 Crore) in the same quarter of the previous year. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, the net profit was ₹240,717 Lakhs (₹2,407.17 Crore), up from ₹166,774 Lakhs (₹1,667.74 Crore) in the corresponding period last year.

The consolidated results also showed a strong performance, with a net profit of ₹95,655 Lakhs (₹956.55 Crore) for Q3 FY26, compared to ₹61,938 Lakhs (₹619.38 Crore) in Q3 FY25. The nine-month consolidated net profit reached ₹242,952 Lakhs (₹2,429.52 Crore), an increase from ₹170,196 Lakhs (₹1,701.96 Crore) in the prior year.

The bank confirmed that the issue proceeds of non-convertible debt securities have been fully utilized. Furthermore, there were no outstanding secured listed non-convertible debt securities as of December 31, 2025. The financial results were reviewed by the joint statutory auditors, G. M. Kapadia & Co. and C N K & Associates LLP, who issued an unmodified review report.
