Yatra Online Limited has announced the successful withdrawal of its wholly owned subsidiary, TSI Yatra Private Limited, from the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. This follows an order dated October 15, 2024, by the National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi (NCLT), admitting TSI into CIRP. Initially, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) had stayed the CIRP order on October 18, 2024, conditional on TSI depositing ₹4.03 crore with the NCLAT Registrar, which was completed on October 23, 2024. Subsequently, a settlement agreement was reached on November 19, 2025, where TSI paid ₹5 crore as settlement amount and ₹6.25 lakh towards CIRP costs to Ezeego Travels & Tours Ltd. (Ezeego), the operational creditor. The NCLAT had directed the refund of the ₹4.03 crore deposit to TSI and instructed the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) to file an application for the withdrawal of CIRP. The NCLT has now allowed the IRP's application, permitting the withdrawal of the company petition and the CIRP. The amount deposited with the NCLAT has been refunded to TSI.
