Yatra Online Limited has announced the shifting of its registered office from Mumbai, Maharashtra, to New Delhi, NCT. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors via a resolution passed through circulation on January 14, 2026.

The previous registered office was located at 1st Floor, Iconic Building, Urmi Estate, 95, Ganpatrao Kadam Marg, Lower Parel (West), Mumbai, Maharashtra – 400013. The new registered office will be situated at Unit No. 1, Vasant Arcade, 3rd Floor, Sector -B Pocket -7, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi – 110070.

This change is effective from January 12, 2026. The company has also stated that this information will be available on its website, www.yatra.com. This intimation is made under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
