The new registered office address is Office 318, 3rd Floor, Mittal Chambers, 2-2-51, M.G Road, Secunderabad, Telangana- 500 003. The previous registered office was located at H. No. 19-66/11/D-4, Laxmipuram Colony, Opp: Dr. A.S. Rao Nagar, ECIL, Kapra, Rangareddi, Hyderabad, Telangana, India, 500062. This decision was approved during the 9th Monitoring Committee Meeting of the Company, which was held on Monday, February 2nd, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. via audio-video conferencing. This meeting was convened to oversee the implementation of the resolution plan approved by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai, on April 19, 2024, submitted by the Consortium of Karishma Jain, M/s Jupiter City Developers (I) Limited & M/s Adwaita Navigations Private Limited.
