Wonderla Holidays Ltd. announced its financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, achieving its highest-ever Q3 revenue. Total income for the quarter rose by 12% year-on-year to ₹14,145 lakhs, driven by successful sales and marketing initiatives and operational excellence. The company recorded footfalls of 9.17 lakhs during Q3 FY26. Park-wise footfalls were: Bengaluru - 3.08 lakhs, Kochi - 2.07 lakhs, Hyderabad - 3.03 lakhs, Bhubaneshwar - 0.24 lakhs, and Chennai - 0.75 lakhs (from December 2nd to 31st). The newly launched fifth amusement park in Chennai commenced commercial operations on December 2, 2025. Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹4,023 lakhs, an increase of 8% year-on-year, though EBITDA (before exceptional items) saw a decrease of 13% to ₹3,217 lakhs. Profit after tax declined by 29% to ₹1,448 lakhs. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, total income grew by 9% to ₹40,903 lakhs, with footfalls at 23.40 lakhs. Adjusted EBITDA for the nine-month period was ₹12,439 lakhs (down 2% YoY), and EBITDA was ₹11,634 lakhs (down 9% YoY). Profit after tax for the nine months decreased by 34% to ₹6,531 lakhs. The resort offering in Bangalore, "Isle by Wonderla," commenced operations on May 9, 2025. The company noted strong guest response in Chennai and ARPU growth of over 8% year-on-year across its portfolio, attributing the performance to disciplined execution, digital booking channel adoption, and enhanced customer experience.
