Wonderla Holidays Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company reported a total revenue from operations of ₹13,453.00 lakhs (₹134.53 crore) for the quarter, an increase from ₹12,150.96 lakhs (₹121.51 crore) in the same period last year. Profit for the quarter stood at ₹1,448.40 lakhs (₹14.48 crore), compared to ₹2,030.42 lakhs (₹20.30 crore) in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. For the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025, total revenue was ₹38,292.66 lakhs (₹382.93 crore), up from ₹36,178.89 lakhs (₹361.79 crore) in the prior year. The profit for the nine months was ₹6,531.14 lakhs (₹65.31 crore), a decrease from ₹9,826.45 lakhs (₹98.26 crore) in the previous year. The company also reported an exceptional item of ₹805.22 lakhs related to the impact of the new labor code. The Board of Directors approved these results and also granted 8,500 stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS). The board meeting commenced at 12:00 p.m. and concluded at 1:45 p.m.
