The resignation is effective from the close of business hours on 2nd February 2026, and is due to personal reasons. Dr. Sharma's departure signifies a change in the senior management team. The company has provided the necessary disclosures as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, including the brief particulars of the change and a copy of his resignation letter.
