Wipro Limited announced its unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company reported a revenue from operations of ₹235,558 million for the quarter, an increase from ₹223,188 million in the same period last year. Profit before tax stood at ₹41,339 million, and profit after tax was ₹31,450 million.

For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, revenue from operations was ₹683,877 million, with profit before tax at ₹126,746 million and profit after tax at ₹97,439 million.

The Board of Directors, in their meeting held on January 16, 2026, approved these results and declared an interim dividend of ₹6 per equity share (300% on an equity share of par value of ₹2). The statutory auditors have expressed an unmodified audit opinion.

The company also reported standalone financial results under Ind AS. For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, standalone revenue from operations was ₹180,169 million, with profit before tax at ₹37,947 million and profit after tax at ₹27,822 million.

Additionally, the company provided an update on the amalgamation of its wholly-owned subsidiaries with Wipro Limited, approved by the National Company Law Tribunal, Bengaluru bench, effective April 1, 2025. Prior period numbers have been restated to reflect this merger.
