Wipro Limited has announced the grant of 24,390 ADS Restricted Stock Units to an identified employee of its subsidiary company. The grant, made under the Company’s Employee Stock Options, Performance Stock Unit and Restricted Stock Unit Scheme 2024, is effective from January 12, 2026.

The vesting of these units will occur according to the schedule approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board. Furthermore, the units can be exercised within the exercise period as determined by the Committee.
