Winsome Yarns Limited has announced that its 25th Meeting of the Committee of Creditors (COC) is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, January 13, 2026. The meeting will commence at 04:00 P.M. and will be conducted via video conferencing by the Resolution Professional.

The meeting will be held at the office of ARCK Resolution Professionals LLP, located at 409, 4th Floor, Ansal Bhawan, KG Marg, New Delhi - 110001. This intimation is provided in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with Clause 16 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the said regulations.
