Winsome Yarns Limited (under CIRP) announced the voting results for its Adjourned 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on January 6, 2026. The meeting, initially scheduled for December 30, 2025, was adjourned due to a lack of quorum. A subsequent notice for the adjourned meeting was published on January 1, 2026.

The AGM transacted businesses as per the notice, including the adoption of audited financial statements for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2025, the appointment of a director to replace Shri Manish Bagrodia, and the appointment of M/s Girish Madan & Associates as Secretarial Auditors.

All three ordinary resolutions were passed with a requisite majority.
