Winsome Yarns Limited announced the outcome of its 25th Committee of Creditors (CoC) meeting, which was held on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 04:00 P.M. via Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting was convened and conducted by Mr. Anil Kohli, Designated Partner of M/s ARCK Resolution Professionals LLP, the Resolution Professional entity. During the meeting, resolutions were proposed, put to a vote, and subsequently approved by the CoC members with the requisite majority. The company is currently undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). The Resolution Professional, ARCK Resolution Professionals LLP, with Mr. Anil Kohli as the Designated Partner, is managing the process. Their authorization is valid until December 31, 2026.
