Winsome Yarns Limited has announced the outcome of its 24th Meeting of the Committee of Creditors (CoC). The meeting was held on November 4, 2025, at 12:30 P.M. via Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).

Mr. Anil Kohli, Designated Partner of M/s ARCK Resolution Professionals LLP (Resolution Professional entity), convened and conducted the meeting. During the session, resolutions were proposed, put to vote before the CoC, and subsequently approved by the members with the requisite majority.

The company is currently undergoing the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). Further details regarding the resolutions approved are expected to be disclosed as part of the ongoing process.
