Winsome Yarns Limited has announced the cessation of Mr. Rajiv Chadha, Non-Executive Independent Director, effective from the closure of business hours on January 6, 2026. Mr. Chadha was initially appointed by the shareholders in a meeting held on December 11, 2020, for a term of 5 years.

His tenure was set to last from the conclusion of the company's 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to the conclusion of its 35th AGM. The company noted that the 35th AGM concluded on January 6, 2026, marking the end of Mr. Chadha's term.

The company also provided disclosures as required under SEBI regulations, confirming that Mr. Chadha's departure is due to the completion of his tenure.
