Winsome Yarns Limited has announced the completion of tenure for its Non-Executive Independent Director, Mr. Pankaj Mahajan (DIN: 06994712).

Mr. Mahajan was appointed by the shareholders on September 29, 2023, for a period of two years, commencing from the conclusion of the 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to the conclusion of the 35th AGM. The 35th AGM of the company concluded on January 6, 2026, marking the end of his tenure.
