Consequently, the adjourned AGM will now take place on Tuesday, January 06, 2026, at 03:30 P.M. through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM).
The AGM will transact ordinary business, including the consideration and adoption of the audited financial statements for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2025, along with the Reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors. Additionally, a director is to be appointed in place of Shri Manish Bagrodia, who retires by rotation and is eligible for re-appointment.
Special business includes the consideration and approval of the appointment of M/s Girish Madan & Associates as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a term of five consecutive financial years, commencing from FY 2025-26 till FY 2029-30.
