WeWork India Management Limited has announced a significant milestone, crossing the 1 lakh member mark across India. As of December 2025, the company operates 68 centers in eight cities, supporting a diverse range of organizations. This achievement highlights the growing adoption of flexible workspaces as essential business infrastructure. Between December 2024 and December 2025, WeWork India experienced a 33.6% year-on-year increase in total members, largely fueled by strong enterprise demand. South India, particularly Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai, has been a key growth driver, contributing approximately 25% to member growth in the past year. Bengaluru leads with 80.5% enterprise occupancy and a 48% GCC contribution, while Hyderabad has emerged as the most GCC-intensive market at 52.4%. In NCR, Gurugram shows a significant enterprise share, and Noida is developing into a technology-first GCC cluster. Mumbai continues to be an enterprise-led commercial center with strong demand from technology, media, and finance sectors. Enterprise clients now constitute over 76% of WeWork India's monthly revenue, reinforcing the shift towards flexible workspaces as a strategic choice for modern organizations.
