WeWork India Management Limited has announced a significant capacity addition by entering into a new lease deed for a facility in Hyderabad. This expansion will add approximately 3,300 desks, increasing the company's operational capacity. The new space measures 2,50,348 square feet. The company aims to complete this capacity addition tentatively by June 2026. The estimated investment for this expansion is ₹100 Crore, which will be financed through debt or internal accruals. This strategic move is intended to cater to incremental demand and enhance WeWork India's operational capacity in alignment with its business growth. Currently, WeWork India has an existing capacity of 1,21,638 desks, with a utilization rate of 83.90%. This new development in Hyderabad is expected to further strengthen its market presence.
