Wendt (India) Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Amit Ingale as Executive Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Company. This appointment is for a term of five years, commencing from January 19, 2026, and is subject to shareholder approval.

Mr. Ingale will also serve as one of the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, effective from January 19, 2026. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee considered and recommended this appointment prior to the Board meeting. Shareholders' approval will be sought via postal ballot for his appointment as an Executive Director for the five-year term.

Mr. Amit Ingale, aged 48, holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial & Production Engineering. He brings over two decades of experience in the automotive industry, having held various roles at companies including General Motors India Pvt. Ltd., Grindwell Norton Limited, Bosch Limited, and ENNOVI Mobility Solution India Pvt. Ltd. Prior to joining Wendt India, he was the Managing Director of ENNOVI Mobility Solution India Pvt. Ltd. He is not related to any Director of the Company and is not debarred from holding the office of Director by any authority.
