Welspun Living Limited has announced a change in its senior management personnel. Mr. Amit Bhandari, who held the position of President – Projects and Business Excellence, has submitted his resignation from the company. The resignation is effective from the close of business hours on January 15, 2026. Mr. Bhandari's stated reason for leaving is to pursue growth opportunities outside of Welspun Living Limited. The company has duly informed the stock exchanges, BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited, about this change as per the requirements of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
