* Welspun Enterprises Limited (WELENT) received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) dated November 06, 2025, from Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC). * The contract is for the Development of a new 910 MLD Water Treatment Plant (WTP) at Panjrapur, Maharashtra, on a Design, Build & Operate (DBO) basis. * The total contract value is ~₹3,145 Crore, which includes an Operation & Maintenance (O&M) component of ~₹1,156 Crore and excludes a Provisional Sum of ~₹29 Crore. * The project involves Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation works. * The design and build phase is scheduled for completion within 48 months, followed by a 15-year period for Operation and Maintenance. * Welspun has partnered with Veolia Water Technologies, Malaysia, as its technology partner for this project. * With this new order, the outstanding order book of the company (less execution done in Q2 FY26) stands at ~₹14,627 Crore on a standalone basis (up from ~₹11,962 Crore as on June 30, 2025). * The consolidated order book (less execution done in Q2 FY26) is ~₹16,330 Crore. * Mr. BK Goenka, Chairman, Welspun World, commented that the Panjrapur WTP project is a significant step in becoming a leading player in the water sector, and upon completion of this and the 2000 MLD Bhandup WTP, Welspun will treat nearly 70% of Mumbai’s freshwater requirement. * The trading window for Designated Persons involved in this project has been closed since October 01, 2025, and will re-open 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.
