Welspun Enterprises Limited has announced significant changes in its senior management personnel, effective immediately, as part of an organizational realignment aimed at strengthening its independent business verticals. Mr. Sandeep Garg, the current Managing Director, will take on interim leadership of the company's Water vertical operations in addition to his existing duties. This transition is intended to bolster the Water vertical's growth. Concurrently, Mr. Saurin Patel, who heads the Integrated Water Vertical and serves as Managing Director of Welspun Michigan Engineers Limited (WMEL), will continue in his role at WMEL. His focus will be on developing WMEL into a product and technology-led water solutions company. In a separate development, Mr. Hardik Dhebar's resignation as Head of Finance & Investor Relations and Chief Financial Officer of WMEL has been accepted, effective July 08, 2026. He will conclude his services at the close of business hours on August 14, 2026.
