Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on January 14, 2026. The Board considered and approved the Un-Audited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, along with the Limited Review Report.

In addition to the financial results, the Board also approved a significant project for setting up of an 80 MWac/120 MWp Solar Power Park in Buldhana, Maharashtra.
