Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited has announced its financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company reported a significant surge in revenue from operations, reaching ₹851.06 crore for Q3FY26, a 136.18% increase compared to ₹360.35 crore in Q3FY25. For the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025 (9MFY26), revenue grew by 98.81% to ₹2,229.03 crore from ₹1,121.17 crore in 9MFY25.

Profit After Tax (PAT) for Q3FY26 also saw substantial growth, increasing by 124.74% to ₹120.19 crore from ₹53.48 crore in the same quarter last year. The nine-month PAT rose by 138.92% to ₹322.93 crore from ₹135.16 crore in 9MFY25.

EBITDA for Q3FY26 stood at ₹158.80 crore, a 120.79% increase year-on-year. The EBITDA margin for the quarter was 18.66%. For 9MFY26, EBITDA grew by 135.29% to ₹434.28 crore, with an EBITDA margin of 19.48%.
