Waaree Energies Limited has announced the receipt of a significant order for the supply of 210 MW DCR solar modules. This order comes from a prominent Indian customer involved in the development and operation of renewable power projects.

Furthermore, Waaree Solar Americas Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Waaree Energies, has secured a substantial order for 2000 MW of solar modules. This order is from a leading customer in the United States, who focuses on developing and operating utility-scale solar and energy storage projects.

The supplied solar modules are intended for delivery in Financial Year 2026-27 for the Indian order, and between the years 2028 to 2030 for the US order. These are one-time contracts, and the company has confirmed that promoters or group companies have no interest in the entities awarding these orders, and they do not fall under related party transactions.
