VST Industries Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Sanjay Wali from his position as Director & Whole-time Director, effective from the beginning of March 2, 2026. The resignation is due to personal reasons. Consequent to his resignation, Mr. Wali will also cease to be a Member of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee, the CSR Committee, and the Risk Management Committee. The Board of Directors accepted his resignation through a resolution approved by a majority via circulation on March 2, 2026. Following his departure from the director role, Mr. Wali will continue his association with the company as a special advisor to the Managing Director for a period to be agreed upon between the company and Mr. Wali. The company has confirmed that there are no material reasons for his resignation other than those stated.
