VST Industries Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Saurabh Grover as a Senior Management Personnel, designated as the Vice President (VP)-Sales & Marketing. This appointment is effective from January 19, 2026, and was approved by the Board of Directors through circulation.

Mr. Grover brings over 24 years of extensive cross-functional experience in P&L management, sales, marketing, innovation, and customer marketing. His career spans across leading FMCG and beverage organizations including Diageo, Britannia, Marico, PepsiCo (Frito-Lay), General Mills, and Eveready. He possesses a strong track record of driving growth and profitability in both Indian and international markets, including Southeast Asia and Africa.

His prior roles involved strategic and operational leadership, with earlier experience in trade marketing, channel development, and regional sales. Mr. Grover holds a postgraduate degree in Management from MDI, Gurgaon. The company has provided the requisite disclosures as per SEBI regulations.
