Vishnu Prakash R Punglia Limited (VPRPL) has issued a press release to address stakeholder concerns regarding recent changes in promoter equity holding. The company clarified that members of the promoter and promoter group have divested an aggregate of approximately 19.18% of their equity stake.

This divestment follows an earlier disclosure on October 03, 2025, where 9.15% of the stake was divested. Crucially, the company stated that the entire proceeds of approximately ₹200 crore from these divestments have been fully infused back into the company by the promoters in the form of an interest-free loan.

VPRPL emphasized that this capital infusion reflects the promoters' continued confidence in the company's fundamentals, long-term prospects, and growth strategy. This initiative is part of a prudent capital management strategy aimed at enhancing liquidity, strengthening the financial position, and supporting long-term strategic objectives.
