Voltamp Transformers Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on February 5, 2026, approved these results. For the third quarter of fiscal year 2026, Voltamp Transformers reported a total income of ₹65,646.48 lakh (₹656.46 crore), a significant increase from ₹49,037.69 lakh (₹490.38 crore) in the same period last year. The net profit for the quarter surged by approximately 35% to ₹9,908.26 lakh (₹990.83 crore), compared to ₹7,340.24 lakh (₹734.02 crore) in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. For the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025, the total income rose to ₹161,305.68 lakh (₹1,613.06 crore) from ₹137,710.80 lakh (₹1,377.11 crore) in the prior year. The net profit for this nine-month period increased to ₹25,748.15 lakh (₹2,574.82 crore) from ₹22,858.77 lakh (₹2,285.88 crore) in the same period last fiscal. The company also noted an additional provision of ₹517.18 lakh made due to the consolidation of 29 labour laws into four comprehensive Labour Codes by the Government of India, effective November 21, 2025.
