Voltamp Transformers Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors, in a meeting held on February 5, 2026, considered and approved these results. The company reported a Net Profit of ₹9,908.26 lakh (₹990.8 crore) for the third quarter of FY26, marking a significant increase of 34.8% compared to ₹7,340.24 lakh (₹734.02 crore) in the same period last year. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, the Net Profit stood at ₹25,748.15 lakh (₹2,574.81 crore), an increase of 12.6% from ₹22,858.77 lakh (₹2,285.87 crore) in the corresponding period of the previous year. Total income for the quarter rose to ₹65,646.48 lakh (₹6,564.64 crore) from ₹49,037.69 lakh (₹4,903.76 crore) in Q3 FY25. Total expenses for the quarter were ₹52,658.47 lakh (₹5,265.84 crore). Earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter increased to ₹97.94 from ₹72.55 in the prior year period. Additionally, the company has made an estimated provision of ₹517.18 lakh for potential impacts arising from the consolidation of labor laws into four comprehensive labor codes, which became effective from November 21, 2025.
