Shri Gaurav Goel (DIN: 00076111), whose resignation was notified, was in fact a Non-Executive, Independent Director of the Company. This was correctly stated in the body of the original disclosure and its annexures. VLS Finance Limited confirmed that, apart from this correction in the subject line, there are no changes to the content, facts, or disclosures previously provided.

The company requested that this clarification be taken on record. This announcement is a corrigendum to a previous filing made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
