Vishal Mega Mart Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The trading window will be shut from Thursday, January 01, 2026. It will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter and nine months period ending on December 31, 2025. During this period, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are strictly prohibited from conducting any transactions involving the company's securities. The date for the Board Meeting to consider and approve these financial results will be communicated separately in due course.
