Vipul Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct for Insiders. The trading window will be closed from January 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the third quarter and the nine months ending December 31, 2025. This applies to all Designated Persons of the company. During this period, Designated Persons are prohibited from trading in the company's securities, either directly or through their immediate relatives. The company will intimate the date of the Board Meeting, where the financial results will be considered, in due course.
