Vinyl Chemicals (India) Limited announced the appointment of two new directors to its Board, subject to shareholder approval. Shri Kavinder Singh has been appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent) with effect from February 2, 2025. Ms. Gira Sardesai has been appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent) for an initial term of five years, also effective February 2, 2025.

Both appointees have confirmed they are not debarred from holding directorships by any regulatory authority and are not related to any existing Directors or Key Managerial Personnel. Shri Kavinder Singh brings over 38 years of experience in the FMCG and hospitality sectors, having held leadership positions at Pidilite Industries Limited, Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited, and other prominent companies. Ms. Gira Sardesai is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Accountant with over 35 years of experience in finance and business leadership across various industries, including her recent role as Finance Director for Johnson & Johnson's Middle East Medical division.
