The resignation is effective immediately, as of April 8th, 2026, and was submitted due to her other professional commitments. Mrs. Gurbaxani has confirmed that there are no other material reasons for her resignation beyond those stated in her letter. The company has formally notified the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited regarding this change in the Board composition, in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
