Vinny Overseas Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for all Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Employees, and other connected persons. This closure will be effective from Thursday, 1st January, 2026. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2025. The company stated that the date of the Board Meeting to consider these financial results will be communicated separately in due course. This intimation is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, and the company's internal code of conduct.
