Vineet Laboratories Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The trading window will be effective from January 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the standalone un-audited financial results for the third quarter ending on December 31, 2025. This restriction applies to all designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected persons covered under the said code. Furthermore, in compliance with SEBI circular SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023, the company has confirmed the freezing of PANs for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives during the trading window closure period. The company will intimate the date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of the standalone un-audited financial results for the third quarter ending December 31, 2025, in due course.
