Vindhya Telelinks Limited has announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors approved these results in a meeting held on February 6, 2026. For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, the company reported an unaudited standalone net loss of ₹1,966.49 lakh (₹19.66 crore). This contrasts with a standalone net profit of ₹3,170.70 lakh (₹31.71 crore) in the same quarter of the previous year. Revenue from operations for the quarter stood at ₹7,105.52 lakh (₹710.55 crore). On a consolidated basis, Vindhya Telelinks reported a net loss of ₹103.91 lakh (₹1.04 crore) for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. This is a significant shift from a consolidated net profit of ₹5,912.31 lakh (₹59.12 crore) in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The consolidated revenue from operations for the quarter was ₹7,165.59 lakh (₹716.56 crore). For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, the standalone net profit was ₹3,294.12 lakh (₹32.94 crore), a decrease from ₹7,732.63 lakh (₹77.33 crore) in the same period last year. Consolidated net profit for the nine months stood at ₹11,670.50 lakh (₹116.71 crore), compared to ₹9,289.99 lakh (₹92.90 crore) in the prior year. The company also reported an incremental impact of Gratuity liability amounting to ₹823.53 lakh for standalone and ₹830.70 lakh for consolidated results, due to the implementation of new Labour Codes.
